Anemone was born from the idea that private dining should be readily available and accessible to more of Halifax, no matter the event or group size. After years of hearing our clients tell us they had difficulty finding the perfect venue for their small event needs, we were driven to create a space that accommodated small group sizes, in a fully private setting, within the downtown core.
Creating a space that doubles as a cozy cafe by day, and a private event venue by night, allowed us to do exactly that, and after hosting hundreds of events and receiving incredible feedback, it has proven to be the perfect space for our guests and their needs. Three years after opening our doors Anemone continues to focus on exceptional dining and drink experiences both on and off site, as well as offering boutique catering, all with an emphasis on quality over quantity.
